I have decided to go back to Friday morning weigh-ins. This morning's weigh-in was 145.4 which is great! I have been really dedicated to tracking calories and exercising pretty hard for 30 min's a day and so far I feel really good about my progress. Right now I feel like I can keep the momentum going for a long time and so I'm going to keep thinking that way!

Great work, Janelle! Exercise is good for the body and mind. It's good that you are taking some time for yourself and that you are setting goals and meeting them. I think you look great!
