Friday weigh in

This week I weighed in at the same 145.5 and I can tell that I am trying to do better with not wanting to eat as much junk food and sweets. As an example, I got a Papa John's pizza on Tuesday night and have still not brought myself to eat the leftovers...that's good for me! I am still not doing great but I want to do better deep inside.

Is anyone else besides Andrea and Jeremy still doing this weight loss thing with me? If so, speak up because I haven't really heard from anyone in the last few weeks!

I'm still trying to lose weight. It's come to the point where I need to start exercising. I even bought myself some new`shoes! Maybe that will give me the motivation.

I dropped 2 pounds but then gained it back and then I dropped it again. My goal is to try and lose one more pound this week. IT'S HARD! Especially with the parties I've been going to. I think I found the trick, eat dinner 30 minutes before going to a party. Yesterday I tried that and only ate 1 choc. covered strawberry and that's it!

Hey! I'm totally not doing well with weightloss. I'm still trying, but I have to go back in and get my thyroid retested. I've been battling hypothyroid for 4 years now...I think I need something for it again because I can feel it swelling in my neck, I'm SOOO tired and have gained 5 lbs for absolutely no reason. Wish I could say I ate something fun for those pounds! Ugh. I really lack motivation to do much exercise right now but I'm definitly trying to eat right. I'm so glad you are keeping us motivated! Thank yoU!
