Well, I ate pretty good this week and exercised Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and I gained weight. I am at 145.5 this morning and a little bummed by it. Part of this could be due to the fact that I am on a new birth control that can cause weight gain (NuvaRing). If I get back up to 150, goodbye to this method! Plus my mid section has just seemed a little harder to manage this week and I have experienced some nausea which makes me want to eat more to control it, grrrrr. How was your week?

That's great Claudia! I have still lost 1.5 pounds overall and 4.5 pounds since January so I can't really complain but I hate it when I eat well and exercise and gain!

really? i LOVED the nuvaring. i used it for almost three years. it actually helped me keep my weight off after i was done nursing. the minute i stopped using it to get preggo, i gained weight. ugh.

exercise means gaining muscle, so don't stress on little gains, you're probably losing fat and gaining muscle...wahoo! nuva ring...interesting....good luck with it all! miss yas!
