We finally painted our basement after living here for 2.5 years and having it an ugly adobe mud orange/brown color! It is now a lighter peach/tan color and I love it. It is so much brighter downstairs. Now if we could get some couches (2 loveseats) that we like! The last two pictures are closest to what it really looks like color wise. It's hard to see exactly how different it looks with the different lighting but let me tell you, it is much better and lighter!

Here we have two colors because we thought we would try and see if we liked our upstairs color downstairs and we didn't....it looked too much like cement!

Looks good! That spackling around the old owner's dart board is pretty funny. Way to go!
