So this morning I weighed in at 144 and 143.5 but I'm going to stick with the 144 so that I have a little more wiggle room to go down next week! I have to admit, I am really struggling with a sweet tooth and constant hunger the last few days, ahhhhhhhh! It seems like I really do well the first few weeks but then the old cravings set in and the motivation starts to die a little. What do you do when this happens to you?

I lost 2 pounds! Wahoo! I am going to try and keep it off.
I don't know, but if it helps I do the same thing. This last week I bought creamies and mint brownie ice cream at the store "because" creamies were on sale and Richard's B-day is on Wednesday and we need ice cream.
