The last week was not a healthful week for me so I decided to wait and weigh in today. I was at 145.0 which is only a 0.5 pound loss but okay considering how badly I ate this week. I ended up eating out at Carl's Jr., Little Ceasars Pizza, Arctic Circle and had a few too many servings of Strawberry Shortcake leftover from my piano recital. I did however go hiking and on walks every day with my kids and did not over indulge on food at home like I normally did before. I am going to do even better this week! I have the desire, now I just need a some very strong willpower!

good job! last week was hard for me too- only lost one. gonna do better this week!!
Hey You, count me in. I didn't lose any weight in the last week but I also didn't gain any which is progress for me. I am doing some weight lifting and I know that usually makes me gain some weight so I am hoping that in the next weigh in I will lose 2 pounds. Congrats on losing 5 pounds so far!

Liz did the recital and it was great! She played an 8 minute song so it was a little long but I think overall most of the kids and all of the adults enjoyed it! The recital also went well, always lots of fun!
