So, I know that I can have quite a range of food but I really just want cheese and candy and bread and rice and cereal and all the good stuff! Right now I am feeling really deprived and this just doesn't seem worth it! Hopefully I can get through this slump and actually enjoy what I am eating because right now I don't want another vegetable. I can honestly say that I do not really crave candy right now but I don't crave what I can eat either which stinks. I love food and love enjoying the food I'm eating and for 3 days, that has not really happened which is a first for me! All of you who have gone on sugar free diets for fun or for a contest, I don't know how you did it!
Keep going, keep going, keep going........
As a side note, the headaches have gone, hooray! Now to just start craving the good food, I honestly don't think it will ever happen!

Scott just starting working for a company called Dub Nutrition. He sells these amazing supplements that actually help you burn fat, have more energy and help with a lot of other health issues. Scott LOVES these all natural supplements. In less than 2 weeks he is already trimming down and feels great. (I haven't started them because I need to confirm with my doc if it's ok) I'd love to get Jeremy and Sherri on these supplements too, with all their running they do. Call me if you are interested.
Hang in there Janelle!! Try not to think about it too much. Keep yourself busy and distracted so its not on your mind. You can do it! The first week or two will be rough, but it'll work itself out and you'll feel so much better after that!
I know exactly how you feel! The cravings are so bad. I started getting real bad headaches whenever I would binge. I decided that the headaches were not worth it anymore so hand me the vegetables!!
