Monday Morning Weigh-in

This morning I weighed in at 144. Last week I was 146.4 so I lost 2.4 pounds this week. The weight loss is definitely starting to slow down but it's okay! Now I just need to start exercising now that I've got some of my energy back :)

This week I am planning to deep clean my house and exercise and enjoy the nice weather! Oh, and the diet is getting much easier and while I truly miss treats, I am going to keep going!

Good job Janelle! I on the other hand, found out I am pregnant, complete suprise. So I guess while you're losing the weight, I'll be putting it all back on!

Wow, you're doing awesome! I finally started today...2 weeks behind. It's hard to get the motivation, though. Just curious, but are you taking anything to help clean out the yeast as well? I have some stuff that I took that really helped me clean it out fast while on the diet. I had it in my breasts as well, and all of the tissue and discoloration and everything came back. Also...I know a few tricks that might help. Just let me know if you are interested! This was so bad for me that it consumed months of my life, so I know WAY too much about it!
