After starting this diet I have lost weight fast. It makes me happy but I know in reality if I went back to eating normal I would just gain it all back because most of it is muscle mass and water. I also know that because the websites all stated it and I feel very fatigued by doing any exercise at all, even running up the stairs too fast! I started the diet last Monday with a weigh-in of 152.6 and this morning I weighed in at 146.4. A big difference of 6.2 pounds! Oh well, I will enjoy losing weight quick while it lasts and hopefully when I am done with this diet I can maintain at least some of it!

I feel the same way when I lose weight on a special diet. I gain it all back! I too feel like I can't walk up the stairs due to lack of food. I find the most important thing is exercise. If I can't run due to lack of food then I know something is wrong. Does Justin ever exercise with you? Lately Jon and I have been bike riding around our neighborhood and I love it!
